7. Are your listings results randomly sorted?
Yes. Even the Top 3 featured city listings are sorted randomly and refreshed each time a new search is initiated. This provides for equal viewing opportunities for all properties. This is crucial to owners in highly visited destinations. For example, Destin Florida. Many vacation home websites create a directory of listings and visitors seeing your property may become very limited with each new listing in Destin.
